The chief complaint was that this patient didn’t want silver to show when she was talking. All silver fillings were carefully removed and replaced with white fillings.
Note the molar still shows a little grey color from discoloration from years of silver filling, staining the tooth internally.
The stain is not an indication of decay in the tooth.
