Chief complaint was: “I want to remove all of my teeth."
The patient had digital scans of his mouth, no gagging impressions were done. Photographs were taken and then a digital smile design was made for the patient to approve. At the second appointment, all his remaining teeth were removed and his immediate denture were placed same day.
At one month a lab reline was done to allow for better suction and fit. We will make a new final denture approximately 6 months later .
These pictures are 2 days later, 1) dentures out and 2) with them in. What a difference a new smile can make.
