The patients chief complaint was “I do not want to wear a removable partial anymore.”
The first step of his treatment was to remove and bone graft the area of his broken canine. Once healed, 3 implants were placed and after 2 months of healing the bridge scans were taken. No impression material was used to make this fixed bridge.
The patient wanted a lighter color. He plans to come back to crown the teeth behind his bridge for a better color match
