This patient’s chief complaint is that after braces she wanted her small tooth to appear like a central. She was missing this tooth from birth.
She was treated with gum reshaping, bleaching, and 6 porcelain veneers. Note how the gum tissues has responded to the glazed smooth veneers. She was treated right after having braces and when we saw her a year later her gum tissue looked much better, but her teeth had drifted because she stopped wearing her retainer.
It’s very important to keep up with retainers after braces are completed.
